Delivery & Returns

We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If, for any reason, there is going to be delay in dispatching the goods, we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes. Orders will be delivered free of charge to a UK mainland address

Please note: for orders requiring shipment outside of the UK Mainland, payment will not be taken and orders will not be processed. We will contact you to confirm cancellation of order and arrange, where possible, to process your order through our customer services with a standard postage charge.

Cancellation or Changing your order
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you can cancel your order or request to return it any time from the date of placing the order up to 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact our customer services team either by clicking here or by telephone on 0845-209-7461 quoting your name, address and order number.  Where you have already received the goods, please follow our returns authorisation procedure.  Any unwanted items must be returned in a re-saleable condition which means undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.  

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order RH MDA shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer services team either by clicking here or by telephone on 0845-209-7461 quoting your name, address and order number and follow our returns authorisation procedure.

Agreement for faulty items during warranty period
The Russell Hobbs guarantee period for White Goods is 2 years* and for Microwaves 1 year*.  The guarantee provides full cover against mechanical breakdown through normal use.  This means that if your item develops a fault during the guarantee period, provided you have proof of purchase, we will arrange for it to be repaired free of charge, including all parts and labour.  If we can't repair your item we will replace it with an item of equivalent specification.  If no equivalent product is available, we will discuss an alternative settlement with you and will always do our best to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome.  What's not included: Accidental damage, If the product has been used commercially or for business purposes, Frozen food loss as a result of a refrigeration product breaking down, Any loss as a result of not being able to use the product, deliberate damage or neglect of the product. (*Table top refrigeration carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty.  Built in Microwaves carry a 2 year manufacturer warranty).
